We had another great class. Begining Quick Books class was a great success. We are looking on having another class in the future. Watch for the listing.
We thought we had our 501c3 status all worked out. But there is a glitch. So we are moving forward with getting it taken care of. So still in limbo with this.

We are looking at building a cnc router for our group. Would you like to participate? It would be a great learning experiance. Learn building, design, cnc programing etc, hands on.
We are moving foward with our computer lab. We are looking for some programs to teach with. Cad, graphics, accounting, office suites, cam programs etc.
We hope to have it operational in a couple months.
We are working on more required classes for licenses. CEU classes for electricians, plumbers, drillers, forklift operators as well as osha, DOT, etc. Keep checking as we get these things together. 11-12-2011

The Invention Works now has a Yahoo Group. It is the "Inventing-group" It is easy to join. Just go to Yahoo.com find groups, Kind of hid, you have to go to "more sites" then Inventing-group. A link to our group is http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/Inventing-group/ Hope that helps.

Note product ideas come in all shapes and sizes. Food products to saws, toothpaste to adjustable wrenches. Most anything can be manufactured. Some can be remanufactured, old retired patents, improved items, public domain items, and new items need produced. There have been many sucessful items produced in areas the size of a garage.

Please have fun on my site. I am providing this for a place to share knowledge of creating products to be manufactured in our communitites, where ever it is. Inventing and Manufacturing products can be a very positive influance on a community. Can anyone provide information on recycling plastics, and the use of recycling plastic? Recycling materials for use in new products should be a large topic. Plastics should be a big recycle item. Injection molding, and rotational molding can be big topics. I would like people to share how to cast metals, building and buying metal casting furnaces, and casting supplies. Machining metals, share new and old processes. All forms of mold making.
